The Exchange on 16th includes construction of two 12-story towers, two 6-story podiums, a 262,000 SF, 5-story parking structure and associated sitework. The project features roof gardens and ground level retail space. Developed on 3.5 acres, the project creates significant commercial space in Mission Bay.

The Exchange on 16th is LEED Platinum certified and pursuing WELL Building Standard.
